The ultimate dental prosthetic built on a titianium plate.
Introducing the Fixed Procera implant retained bridge for the complete replacement of the upper or lower arch starting at just $95,995 per arch.
|
|
|
The ultimate dental prothetic for missing all your upper or lower teeth made from titanium with ceramic crowns
|
|
If you’re missing, or about to soon be missing all of your teeth, then you need
to seriously consider a Fixed Procera Implant Retainment Bridge. This is the top
of the line solution, the Cadillac, or Mercedes Benz of Dental Implants.
Your probably wondering what makes this dental appliance so unique? The picture
below on the left looks clean and healthy, while the picture below on the right
looks rough and unpolished. On the left we have the Resin Based Full Denture that
pops in and out when needed for cleaning and maintenance. And on the right we have
the top of the line, superior in quality and build, Fixed Procera Implant Retainment
Bridge.
After installation, this becomes the most realistic looking dental prosthetic known
on the open free market, and is available from our Dental Implant Center. Our USC
School of Dentistry trained Doctors, have teamed up with other graduates to create
this masterpiece, and the installation procedures required to mount it accurately
and securely in place.
So what is it?, it's a custom built combination of all of the best products availible
on the market, that has been built on a custom lightweight titanium frame, and finished
off with Nobel Procera Crowns which offers excellent natural translucency. The final
touch is the new lower durameter soft flexible resin copolymer which simulates the
gum tissue, that is hand crafed and multi shaded tinted to provide the highest level
of realism.
The Fixed Procera Implant Retainment Bridge is designed for those who have just
lost their teeth, and are looking for a permanent mounted prosthetic, to replace
their missing teeth. Besides the benefits of the build quality and realistic look,
this technology has the highest acceptance rate by the mouth and brain, in which
it will not sensed as food causing unwanted salivation and drooling when not appropriate.
Installation takes about 3 months, and you can back up and running in a short amount
of time. The cost of this prosthetics including installation is about the price
of a top of the line SUV. Each individual case will be priced accordingly, because
each case tends to always be unique and different. Call 714-846-4414 for consulting
and setup an appointment for a complete quotation.

This resin based full denture appliance is designed for those that have already
been wearing dentures, and are used to the rituals of taking it out at night for
cleaning and maintenance.
Think of them as contact lenses versus laser eye surgery. They are removable at
any time when needed.
The Fixed Procera Implant Retainment Bridge is designed to be a permament solution,
in which you never take them out, and your mind thinks of them as your actual
teeth. Food does taste better with the them, and they look very realistic.

Don't let the looks deceive you. This Top of the Line Dental Implant Appliance is
made of a base of extremely lightweight titanium alloy that has been formed over
your gum lines for a perfect fit. The base has molded in abutments for each tooth,
in which a Nobel Biocare abutment sleeve is placed over each one. Then each abutment
has a custom CAD/CAM designed and milled Noble Biocare Procera Crown placed over
it. Finally, a new generation of flexible resin that is color matched and pigmented
one of the shades or red is applied to simulate your gum line, and cover the titanium
base completely. The result is an extremely light weight device that is so
life like, you can't tell the difference.

Fixed Procera Dental Implant Retained Bridge
|
|
|
|
The first step in creating this advanced Fixed Procera Implant Retained Bridge prosthetic
is doing the engineering required to lay down the structural pillars of the foundation
base, referred to as jaw anchors. These Jaw anchors need to be placed precisely
over a past and future tooth location, so screw fasteners can be used in the final
mounting of the prosthetic. In addition, the jaw anchor cannot interfere with one
of the abutments, molded into the lightweight titanium frame, that will host the
Nobel Biocare Procera Crown.
Below are pictures of a mold that has been made of the mouth and gum line. Several
molds will be made, so that our dental engineers can make the best layout and plan
possible, to achieve the highest quality results. After working with several different
scenarios, our engineer has chosen this specific layout, for this particular installation.
The uses of 6 jaw anchors have been calculated to attach the bridge prosthetic to
the gum line. 6 is the minimum required to spread the pressure of chewing across
the jawbone in an even manner.

This photo represents a mock-up of the gum line. First metal tubing is inserted
into the proper locations that will represent where the jaw anchors will be installed.
Next a wax molding agent is then used to build up the gum line to the proper representation
of the original mold. This mock-up is now ready to accept Nobel Biocare temporary
teeth.
|
The Nobel Biocare temporary teeth are now placed on top of the wax molding agent,
to ensure the proper fit and alignment on top of the gum line.
Now holes will be machined into the temporary teeth, which are aligned to the jaw
anchors. The holes will be used for special lightweight titanium screws that will
fasten and retain the temporary teeth to the jaw anchor.
|
|
|
|
We will now build the appliance up, by inserting the lightweight titanium abutment
frame and positioning it on to another copy of the mold. The Nobel Biocare Procera
Abutment sleeves are now placed over each abutment. These sleeves provide and create
the reflective surface, that light will bounce off of creating a translucent lighting
effect, just like in real teeth.
As each abutment sleeve is place on the titanium base, the abutment will be tuned
and adjusted to accept the sleeve with perfect alignment.
|
The resin copolymer gum has just be fabricated over the titanium frame. During this
process, each Nobel Procera Crown will be placed on each abutment stud, and the
synthetic gum material will be sculpted around each tooth to create the most realistic
look possible. When the sculpting is complete, the crowns will be removed, and the
gum material will be allowed to cure using UV light. The frame and gum is now ready
for installation in the patient’s mouth.

|
|
All of the components have now been checked for fit, detail and realism, and are
ready to be installed into the patients mouth for final installation. Everthing
has been taken apart in the lab, and all components have been labeled and packaged
for final assembly.
The patient has arrived at our facility, and we are now ready to begin the installation
process. We will start by removing the temporary Nobel Biocare bridge first. Then
the lightweight titanium frame will now be aligned and screwed back in to the existing
jaw anchors.
We will double check the fit and alignment by assembling all of the fabricated components
together and performing a final check before cementing all the pieces back into
place. Adjustments are now made by having the patient bite down, and making sure
that all the teeth line up on the top and bottom. Then a visual check is performed,
and a final check using feeler gauges will confirm the final fit and placement.
If any adjustments are needed, small amounts of material will be removed from each
component until the fit is perfect.
Now we place the cured resin copolymer gum assembly over the lightweight titanium
frame. Next the abutment sleeves are cemented into place onto each abutment stud
and once again check for fit. Finally each Nobel Procera Crown is placed onto each
abutment sleeve, checked for fit and cemented into place. The cementing of the abutment
sleeves, and crowns are what hold the entire assembly together in the mouth.
|
|
|
|
The lightweight titanium base plate has now been secured onto the gum line using
screws and the jaw anchors that were installed earlier in the process.
|
The abutment sleeves that reflect light, and the Nobel Biocare Procera Crowns are
now installed without cement, and checked and adjusted for perfect fit.
|
|
|
|
The gum line will now be created again, so that it represents the most accurate
color and realism possible. Here we are using a pigment color gauge, and are selecting
the proper pigment colors needed to get the closest match possible.
The colors have been selected and the new gum line will now be sculpted around each
crown, and then cured by UV light.
|
The Noble Biocare Crowns have now been cemented back into place, and any excess
cement has been scraped and trimmed off for a clean look.
Once again a fit check is made, and adjustments are made before the cement hardens
permanently.
The installation is now complete, and the patient is ready to return back to a hard
diet.
